Mathieu joins the Classe Affaires team

We’re delighted to welcome Mathieu as our newest programmer analyst! In addition to his IT expertise, his proactive attitude and strong team spirit make him an exceptional colleague.

Mathieu holds a BA in computer science from the Faculty of Science at the Université de Sherbrooke. In addition to his experience as a developer, he worked for 6 years managing a kitchen. He knows all about fast-paced work and leading a team under pressure!

His experience in the restaurant business has definitely influenced his vision of collaboration and leadership. It honed his ability to keep his cool in the face of chaos, but also his willingness to be a positive leader in his work team. As a result, it’s important for him to celebrate his teammates’ wins, and to foster a constructive and motivating environment.

His concern for people is also evident in his contact with clients. In addition to providing quality work, he is an active listener with a desire to overcome challenges as smoothly as possible. For him, clients are partners who choose to work alongside you.

Curious by nature, Mathieu has a particular interest in all things STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics). He also loves cooking, whether it’s experimenting with different techniques, trying out new ingredients or simply enjoying a great meal!
